To feed the homeless of the East Valley every evening, we need at least:

	220 lbs of Chicken
	15 lbs of potato flakes or 25 lbs of white rice
	25 heads of lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, plus assortment of bell peppers, carrots tomatoes, and celery
	50 lbs. of assorted fruits
	6 lbs of butter for bread and butter
	5- 48 oz jars of Peanut Butter and 15 lbs of Jelly for take-away Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
	34 loaves of Bread
	No less than 12 large cakes for dessert.
